1. Services Offered

 

 

Price’s Prestige Cleaning provides residential and move-in/move-out cleaning services in the Treasure Valley area. Services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

 

 

 

2. Booking and Cancellations

 

 

• Clients must book at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

• Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee of $35.

 

 

 

 

3. Payment

 

 

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payments (processed securely).

• Late payments may result in additional fees.

 

 

 

 

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

 

 

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

 

 

 

5. Right to Refuse Service

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe conditions are present or if there is harassment, threats, or unreasonable demands made toward staff.

 

 

 

6. Liability

 

 

Price’s Prestige Cleaning is insured, but not liable for:

 

• Pre-existing damages

• Unsecured valuables

• Special cleaning requests not previously discussed

 

 

Clients are encouraged to notify us of delicate surfaces or high-value items in advance.

 

 

 

7. Website Use

 

 

All content on this website is owned by Price’s Prestige Cleaning and may not be copied or reused without permission.

 

 

 

8. Changes to Terms
